The first step towards the solution was an in-depth analysis of Media Graphics' specific and urgent needs. The customer, accompanied by our technical expert and sales representative, visited Ricoh 's Vilvoorde headquarters for a focused demonstration. This led to identifying the Ricoh Pro C5300s colour press as the ideal solution, offering outstanding colour print quality and performance in a compact design tailored to Media Graphics' requirements. 

Our experts have proposed a range of optional peripherals to maximise the capabilities of the selected press: 

• Vacuum Feed LCIT RT5120: for precise, jam-free paper feeding. 
• Reducing errors during the pre-press process with Total Flow Prep: smooth transition from job orders to preparation, facilitating file merging and last-minute edits. 
• Bridge Unit BU5030 for uninterrupted production. 
• Booklet Finisher SR5100 for professional finishing (folding, stapling, collating) of booklets, brochures, manuals and reports. 
• Output Jogger Unit Type M25 and Cooling Fan Type M26 for improved output quality and increased machine durability. 
• Postscript3 Type M42 for high-quality text and images. 

Installing the Ricoh Pro C5300s colour press at Media Graphics went smoothly, thanks to efficient delivery and installation by a Ricoh-trained technician. Integrating the system has enabled Media Graphics to achieve significant advances in productivity and print quality, exceeding expectations.
